The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in the sales process for our SecurityIQ training software. You’ll be working with our customers throughout the implementation process and be their primary point of contact. You’re a troubleshooter and a liaison between our customers and our sales and development teams. You’re a motivated individual contributor and a team player who works with our lead generation and account executives to best serve the client. You’re always looking for opportunities to grow our accounts by offering additions and cross-selling our other services.
