Your Role

You’re a tech savvy administrative professional who is self-motivated and takes initiative. You take pride in your work and strive to create the best environment possible for our instructors and students, which means you’re capable of troubleshooting, providing support, and problem-solving on the fly. You are responsible for the administration of our company-wide Exam Certification Vendor Relationships, administration of our company-wide equipment shipping process in support of our national class schedule, and supporting the local InfoSec Branch office located at TBD VA-MD-DC.  You’re not afraid to take on new responsibilities and you love a challenge.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute on all tasks associated with our Exam Certification program to meet our certification program requirements while maintaining compliance with our Exam vendors.
  • Classroom Technical Set-Up:   Image and set up classroom machines for our classes
  • Live Online Helpdesk support for our customers attending classes remotely.
  • Instructor support during classes.
  • Pre-class technical support to sales and customers.
  • Ship, and track equipment in support of our national class schedule to include coordination with customers, vendors and fellow InfoSec team members.
  • Weekly scheduled activity to monitor remote learning platform for customer support needs.
  • Primary operations support for our local office needs including.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Your qualifications

  • Minimum High school diploma, 4 Year Degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of General Office procedures with an emphasis on Customer Service
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with great time management skills
  • Self-directed and able to take on responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
