Your role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own our email marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters, blog posts, social media, and web copy. You’ve made digital marketing your career and you’re ready to take full responsibility for the development and execution of promotional email marketing campaigns and creation of your own workflows and processes. You’re a self-starter with excellent time management skills and analytical ability. As someone who is extremely organized, you like getting things done and feeling accomplished.

You love that you’re not micro-managed and that you have the freedom to help us grow even more! You know how and where to source case studies and testimonials and you’re able to implement those across marketing materials. As the Digital Marketing manager, you follow industry trends, keep up on best practices, and aren’t afraid to bring your experience, knowledge, and creativity to the table and try new things that’ll keep us on the cutting-edge.


Your experience

  • 2-5 years of email marketing experience
  • Experience using email automation tools, i.e. mandrill, mailchimp, and pardot

  • Creation of web copy for use in diverse marketing materials
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Establish an email nurturing program
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify, interpret, and use marketing analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with great time management skills
  • Self-directed and able to take on responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Degree preferred
