Your role:

Marketing content is the fuel that drives all of our marketing strategies. It is the conversion point for all channels; email, social media, search, lead generation, etc. You are a prolific and talented content creator, able to produce everything from website copy to educational ebooks, white papers, case studies, webinars, free trials, and more. You love working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at once. You’re extremely creative, have a knack for managing all the details, and your project management skills are second to none.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar to address all of our qualified segments (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Create 1–2 new free resources and update 2-4 previous content pieces each month.
  • Write and/or manage website content production and updates to ensure all customer segments are addressed with copy and calls-to-action/downloads - right time right message!
  • Grow new leads, including marketing and sales-qualified leads, by closely measuring conversion rates on your content and offers.
  • Organize and execute a monthly webinar; growing members each month and measuring and improving sales results
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Your qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ creating marketing content
  • Experience writing web and email copy
  • Loves creating digital content and writing or managing the production of a good volume of materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Up to date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify, interpret, and use analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with great time management skills
  • Self-directed and able to take on responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Degree preferred
