Your Role:

Our Sales Managers are responsible for building, training, and growing a high-performing sales team. You’re not afraid of challenges and you thrive in an environment where you are trusted to create plans and strategies and implement them. Your current team says that you motivate them to be better and that you’ve taken the time to know them and aid in their success. They would also say that you are able to remove obstacles, lead without micromanaging, and have coached them on new techniques.

You understand why metrics are important to success and your team understands how the numbers lead them to be more successful. We’re in an exciting industry and speaking with highly skilled consumers, which is one of the things that excites you about working here. You’ve worked in a small to mid-sized company before and you can handle the responsibility that comes from being free from bureaucracy.  


Your Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, motivate and hold accountable all sales positions and support them in achieving and exceeding their targets.
  • Ensuring customer alignment with our product offering
  • Treating all leads as the gold they are - efficiently capitalizing on all opportunities
  • Collaborating with other sales teams and departments to create a unified message and customer experience
  • Use available data and metrics to make informed decisions and uncover potential missed opportunities
  • Develop incentive plans and spiffs to foster a competitive, fun and collaborative team environment
  • Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ leading a successful team (5-15 people) in a fast-paced, high activity/volume outbound selling environment
  • Solution and relationship-based sales experience in the tech industry
  • Able to use, configure, and generate reports in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of how to use metrics and data as a way to support effective sales behavior
  • Passion for delivering value to the customer, maximizing their success
  • Thrives with high levels of autonomy with the ability to make solid plans and execute them
  • Hardworking, dependable, proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
