The SecurityIQ Implementation Manager plays a critical role in the sales and implementation process for our SaaS based software platform. You’ll be working with our prospects and clients from initial demo on through implementation. You’ll collaborate with Product and Development to identify enhancements and new features to speed and simplify the implementation process, improving SecurityIQ as a whole.
Your technical prowess will enable you to easily navigate our clients diverse Active Directory structures, so that they can seamlessly flow into SecurityIQ. You understand the scope of feature requests, and how to be a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
The successful candidate will helm this position, keep our sales team well informed on new product capability, increase conversion rates and see to it that all of our clients have successful implementations.
You’re a motivated individual contributor and a team player who works with our account executives, client success and support team to best serve the client. This position will work closely with the Director of SecurityIQ
