The Senior Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in the sales process for our SecurityIQ software. You’ll be working with our clients throughout the implementation process and be their primary point of contact. You have strong technical understanding that will allow you to work with some of our larger clients to ensure success for their security awareness program strategy. You’re a troubleshooter and a liaison between our clients and our sales and product teams. You have technical knowledge that enables you to understand data flows, the scope of feature requests, and how to be a trusted advisor to our clients.
You’re a motivated individual contributor and a team player who works with our account executives and support team to best serve the client. You understand that securing renewal dollars is vital to a SaaS based business and you’re always looking for opportunities to grow our accounts by offering up-sells and cross-selling our other services.
