You’re a creative person who can take a rough idea and turn it into a thing of beauty. You have a simple, clean aesthetic and are passionate about ensuring diversity in your course designs.

You think about the end user and create user intuitive and interactive designs. You are up to date on ADA compliance requirements and have used SCORM, Tin Can API, or both. Video production and editing is something you enjoy and you have no problem rolling up your sleeves to get things done, even if they’re outside your “normal” role. You have a unique approach to learning materials and are able to adapt to various learning methods and techniques. You’re eager to work in a stable company that has all the excitement of a startup.
