Your role:

As Search Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of our paid search strategy, budget, and optimization. You’ll focus on conversions all the way through the end of the sales funnel with continual testing and improvements on keywords, ad copy, and landing page testing. But it’s not just the tried & true PPC that you know so well. You’ll also be taking on cutting-edge MarTech integrations and 1:1 paid social advertising.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build out new keyword campaigns
  • Evolve build-out strategy to better organize and improve performance
  • Find new pockets of keywords
  • Optimize and test landing pages and optimal customer journeys
  • Increase quality scores and reducing CPCs
  • Ad copy and creative testing
  • Work with product and data teams to build addressable custom audiences for marketing (Facebook and Google)

Your qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience running sophisticated AdWords programs
  • Proven success at generating positive returns - not just stopping at CPA/CPL
  • Experience with other paid search (Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Advanced MS Excel experience and ability to analyze large sets of data
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Up to date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify, interpret, and use analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with great time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Degree preferred
