Your Role

As a Inbound Solutions Representative, you’ll be starting your career in sales or tech sales. Your primary function will be to answer inbound phone calls from new leads that are interested in our products, which include a SAAS product for Security Awareness and Information Security training ( Security IQ).  You will have a script of questions to ask these inbound callers and chatters and based on those conversations, you will direct the callers in the correct sales team. For both functions, you’ll be explaining the value of our products, developing relationships with customers, and leveraging those relationships for referrals to build your book of business.

Our management team provide solid, consistent training and coaching to help you get up to speed on our over 60 course offerings and Security IQ products. We’ll set you up for success with a quota system that grows with your knowledge and abilities. Our Junior Sales/Chat Representatives have the option to continue in their role or potentially move onto a more experienced sales role. As a mid-size business, our growth is high and the paths are varied.


Your Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Passionate about sales and customer experience
  • Persistent and competitive
  • Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
  • Quick study with the ability to learn new things, think on your feet, and problem-solve
  • Coachable and open to feedback so we can help you succeed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using MicroSoft Office programs
  • Familiar with a CRM system (Salesforce, Goldmine, ACT, Zendesk, etc.)
  • IT or training experience a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience)
